Nordic Brewing is a passion project exploring branding with an illustration. Using a random name generator, the name Nordic Brewing stood out to me as my focal point for exploration. I began creating the styles of the can designs by looking at Norse and Celtic art styles, then drafted and refined my own sketches to replicate the scrollwork patterns and defined line work.

The brand focuses on four different mockup examples: By Odin’s Beard, a light refreshing blonde ale. Fenrir’s Bite IPA, a hoppy and bold IPA. Draugr Lager, an undead cool light beer. And The Tree of Yggdrasil’s Amber, a malty amber ale that brings life to all nine realms.
